Job summary

Working closely with clinical colleagues, you will be a strong communicator with sound knowledge of income and PBR in an acute trust context.  You will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to coordinate, delegate and upskill performance, managing deadlines and timetables and ensuring the highest quality of output.

Main duties of the job

  • Performance reporting of trust income and activity

  • Financial Planning

  • ERF Forecasting and planning

  • Leading, guiding and developing a small but very strong team

  • Communicating with commissioners

  • Supporting year end process from income perspective
