The interim, temporary and consultancy markets have changed considerably over the last few years whereby talent has become even harder to find but by engaging i&e on a project basis we can access networks that may not be accessible through a traditional “Interim” route. Additionally, we take ownership of the deliverables and blend a team with more relevant NHS experience with a proven track record.
Our project delivery service focuses on projects & services that need to see real improvements and not just tick over, and our vast network of qualified talent enables us to work across the Healthcare sector in almost non-clinical areas to bring genuine results. Some of our core areas include; ICB re-structure, ICB, Acute, Community & Mental Health Transformation Programmes, CiP planning, Service mobilisation, Out-of-Hospital initiatives, Recovery & Turnaround. Our point of differentiation is bringing together trusted, talent, tailored to any project under the Umbrella of respected leaders such as Andrew Ridley who oversees and quality stamps the delivery of the work.
We lead this service line with Andrew Ridley (ex NHSE Regional Director and CEO of CLCH) who over-sees the project delivery teams and utilises his wealth of experience to steer projects to a successful conclusion.
